Order processing times 

Our orders are processed within 1-5 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5-8 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. We are trying our best for you.

Shipping Times

Cherry On Top is located in The United States. Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally. We are hoping to expand our shipping to new countries next year. 

- Orders shipping will arrive within 2-6 days.

 

 

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. We only offer returns for items that are faulty or damaged, as each item is made  to order.

Full refunds are offered for regular-priced merchandise within 15 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
